Return Policy

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Item Condition: Only new, unopened products in their original packaging are eligible for return.
  • Return Method: Returns must be sent back by mail.
  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fee is charged.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • Defective Products: No cost to the customer.

Non-returnable Items
