User Agreement

Account Conduct

Violation of this User Agreement may result in the deletion of your campaigns, loss of profits, and potential suspension or termination of your account. This agreement also includes Telaxit’s Intellectual Property Complaint Policy, Counter-Notification Policy, Repeat Intellectual Property Complaint Policy, and Refund Policy.

Delivery Procedures

Delivery times are estimates only. Telaxit will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver all goods on or before the stated delivery date.

Print Variance

Product designs are created from artwork uploaded by the seller. Color matching is approximate, and product substitution may occur if inventory issues arise.

Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: Sellers set the prices for their goods. Telaxit determines the base price of goods sold and passes any excess amounts to the seller as profit.
• Payment Compliance: By creating a campaign on the Telaxit site, you agree to comply with all terms, respect licensed rights, and ensure that your campaign content does not infringe on third-party rights.

Intellectual Property Complaint Policy

Telaxit actively monitors for violations and removes content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights. If you believe your rights have been infringed, please notify us at [email protected] with the necessary documents and details as outlined in our full policy.

Counter-Notification Policy

If you believe a complaint of infringement has been wrongfully filed against you, you may submit a counter-notification to [email protected]. False statements may result in legal liability.

Repeat Intellectual Property Complaint Policy

Multiple infringement notifications may result in account termination. Telaxit maintains a system to track and address repeat infringers.

Withholding and Tax Issues

Telaxit may withhold taxes as required by law, and sellers are responsible for their own tax obligations arising from transactions.

Indemnification

Sellers agree to defend and indemnify Telaxit against any claims, damages, or costs arising from their use of the service or violation of these terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Telaxit provides its services “as is” and disclaims all warranties to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

Telaxit’s liability is limited to direct damages and will not exceed the amount paid by the seller to Telaxit or vice versa in the past six months.

General Provisions

• Severability: If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining parts will continue to be in effect and enforceable.
• Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between Telaxit and the user.
