1. Exchange Or Cancellation
All our products are custom-made. If you wish to modify your order, please contact us immediately. Orders cannot be altered after 12 hours from placement, as they are already in production. Buyers bear responsibility for incorrect style or size selections and are not eligible for returns or refunds in such cases.
Lost Orders
If an order is lost in transit, we will dispatch a replacement at no extra cost. Tracking numbers determine whether an order is lost or delivered.
Mistakes in the Shipping Address
If there are any errors in the shipping address resulting in an unsuccessful delivery and return to us, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
2. Return Policy Or Replacement
All products undergo quality control checks before shipment. If your package contains any of the following issues, contact us with pictures and your order number:
- The printed image is unclear
- The printed image is off-center
- Incorrect items received
- Damaged items due to delivery
- Incorrect size, color, or style
For these issues, we'll refund or replace the item after verification.
Note:
- Returns are only accepted if the item is unused and in its original condition.
- We do not accept responsibility for size discrepancies if the size was requested by you.
- Returns or refunds are not applicable with discount codes.
3. Refunds Policy
Your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Full refunds are provided for:
- Duplicate orders
- Items not received within 30 days or received damaged/faulty.
